Dennis is holding his own and doing well. He remains in ICU under close observation. He is undergoing neurological testing for this breathing pattern and memory. Although sleepy, he is sitting up in bed and has a great appetite.

- My name is Dennis. I'm a Korean/Canadian born in Prince Rupert, BC. I grew up in Vancouver's Lower Mainland but I live in the Seattle area and I work in the software industry. I love hockey and football. I'm 38 years old and I will be having my 5th open heart surgery on July 15, 2008.

Man Dennis, what a guy, your resilience is amazing. You may not feel resilient but you sure sound that way. Rest good and keep healing! We went through a rainy day yesterday but we now have warm sunshine this afternoon. Your appetite sounds great!! May God continue to bless you with all good things!! Jeff N

Since Dennis has been moved back into ICU, will the address to send cards to be different? I would love to send him a card. I'm happy to hear about the progress. I'm so sorry to hear that it has been such a rough road back to recovery. You and your family are still in my prayers.
dennis, i laugh that i write here because i talk to eun daily about u, and i know u are not reading this blog right now.
but i write because when you come out of this, it will be fun for you to read this, a documentation of how much we care about you and love your family & you.
we are all thinking of you guys all the time. let this serve as encouragement for the days of recovery to come.
we cannot imagine how hard this journey has been for you, and we continue to pray for your health and emotions and thoughts... let them be lifted up high by Jesus and may the Spirit continue to whisper gently words of encouragement to you, just like He did to Elijah on the mountain after the storms and earthquakes.
